Pontini新主厨
国敦河畔酒店(Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel)意大利餐馆Pontini,迎来新主厨Daniele Sarno。他来自意大利佛罗伦斯,拥有15年经验,曾在世界多家著名酒店与餐馆工作,擅长具现代特色的传统意大利菜肴。
Astice & Burrata($28):鲜甜肥美的波斯顿龙虾肉,搭配口感软滑意大利Burrata乳酪,这是很传统的一道意大利菜。
Zucca e Ricotta($18):南瓜奶油浓汤,上面有一块软乳酪,品尝时把乳酪拌均匀,味道更香浓。
Risotto Porcini e fave($32):选用意大利上等的carnaroli米,口感细密,搭配芳香入味的菇菌,以及蚕豆和乳酪增添香味。
Guancia di manzo wagyu($52):个人最欣赏的是这道和牛脸颊肉,软嫩入味,搭配的炸玉米团外层香脆,口感绵密,旁边的几个小洋葱也很鲜甜。
Italian Mojito($17):沉重的一餐以轻淡的甜品结束,师傅巧妙地以mojito鸡尾酒的材料制成甜品,酸柑与薄荷的酸味令人振奋,搭配酒味雪糕,下面还铺有一层焦糖。
